Support/Training

Whether you have an all volunteer staff, all paid staff or somewhere in between, we provide training that is designed to ensure that your team can maximize all of NewOrg’s functionalities.  Starting with our implementation process, we provide complete Life Cycle Support, with unlimited support calls and emails included as part of your regular monthly Hosting & Support.

Implementation Support & Success: Our experienced implementation team will provide training to all departments and staff who will use NewOrg, working in partnership with your staff to improve workflows and processes, increase efficiency, and get more out of your data. Each client gets a customized procedure manual for each department/program upon completion of Implementation. 

New staff & ongoing training: As new staff members join your organization, as your organization’s needs change, or as NewOrg provides new functionality, our team will provide ongoing training to ensure you can fully leverage NewOrg. For many of our partners, NewOrg has provided a critical foundation to help manage both expected and unexpected organizational changes and transitions.
